Marc Jacobs 'Bang' Launch Party

 A whole host of famous faces hit London last night to celebrate the launch of Marc Jacobs' latest venture - his new fragrance, Bang. The guest list included the likes of Pixie Lott in a gorgeous lace black dress, Diane Vickers in a colourful summer grafic print dress and Daisy Lowe another one sporting a little black shift dress.

Weekend inspiration

It's always fun to have a look through magazines and other blogs to get outfit ideas for the weekend nights out and when looking this week I came across Olivia Palermo wearing these clashing prints. I love the deep purple dress and what a brilliant clash the belt adds. You gotta hand it to her she makes brave choices and always seems to pull them off!! I hope you have fun with your outfits this weekend, im bringing out the sequin blazer to dazzle in the drizzle!

People who have surprised me this week.....

Normally I am not a fan of Alexandra's style, I think she dresses too harshly and always seems to look the same however, I love this outfit the soft colour, floaty fabric, the nude tones and beachy hair. I am very jealous of her chanel too!

Dita is another one I am not 100% keen on, she has quirky style and I like the 50s era she represents but this is by far the best dress I have seen on her! I love the colour with her complextion and the glam make up!

Goodbye The Hills.....

So it was the last ever Hills episode in America this week (England will get to see it begining of August) and I have found a couple behind the scene photos of the after party..... The Hills seemed to lose its sparkle near the end and lost its fashion appeal to me, I prefer the Paris episodes and the Teen vogue intern episodes with Lauren and Whitney.

I love the variety of outfits on display! I really love the hot pink colour on Audrina and with her new lighter shade of hair colour this tone really works. I am not keen on Kristens dress, the colour is dull and flat and shape is boring, I think she normally gets it right.  The darker shade of bronze on Laurens dress really gives her a glow and with light make up creates a really fresh look. Whitneys dress is playful and girly and stands out as different amognst the others, I think its my fav, what do you think?

Behind the scenes of Gossip Girl in Paris!

I was so excited when I saw these pictures of Leighton and Blake (Blair and Serena) filming Gossip Girl season 4 in Paris. The outfits already look amazing so I cant wait until it airs!

Whilst in Paris the girls popped into the Chanel fashion show as guests of Karl Lagerfeld himself. Both rocked differently looks with Leighton going goth with a leather mini dress and platform shoe boots and Blake going floral in a floaty patterned dress and nude heels.

Evening dresses with shape and structure.....

Recently I am really liking the evening dresses that have a difined shape and structure, they look classic and suit any body type.

Celebrities like Jessica Alba work the style really well and get the right mix of accessories to keep the dresses looking fresh and feminine.
